Week 4 Reflection
All EFL /ESL Teacher s and students have great demand of advanced technology in teaching learning.Technology has brought great changes on the field of EFL/ESL teaching learning process.In present context most of the teaching learning problems and issues are easily solved by the help of Technology.Its being a most important source of motivation for all.
In this week 4 I did many things and collected lot of experience though I was already known with some of them .In fact I purified my experience involving on week 4 task.And It will be helpful to grow and enhanced my teaching skill in practicalities .
This week I visited many skill building websites going through the articles "Using the Internet in ESL Writing instruction."by Jarek Krajka and "Three Extensive Reading Activities for EFL/ESL students using E-books"by Mei-Ya Liany.
I got many websites for enhancing writing and reading skill, such as www.marlo.com/cardhim, www.telegraph.com, www.online news paper.com , www.breakingnewsenglish.com and www. manythings .org.All of them were very interesting and useful. I found the sites brakingnewsenglish and manythings are more useful for my class.So using Internet and E-books are great ideas to build and promote teaching learning skill. I am interested to apply it in my class and share to my students too.
The next task I did is Technology enhanced Lesson Plan. I have been using lesson plan for my class but this time I found little bit different . Going through the given instruction and my colleagues lesson plan, it made me easy to form technology based lesson plan.So this task helped me to improve and enhanced my experience . Now I can present my class in different ways by following technology enhanced lesson plan than usual traditional classes .And hope to get success on it.
Finally I completed project task on the basis of week 2 project .In teaching learning process, there are various problems or issues related to teachers, students classroom and teaching learning process ,that is we should identified first and should apply different ideas and techniques according to issues.I this regard technology one of them which can easily solved the raised issues.SO in this project I was able to find and identified the problems of classroom and its solution by technology.I hope this project task will provide me solutions and help me to implement in my future class .
Overall I enjoyed all tasks of week 4 .I would like to thank my instructor Donna for her instruction and feedback and to my all colleagues for being great motivation. Thank you so much....
